- Thank you for your purchase! Packages are mailed Monday, Wednesday, and Friday with exceptions of holidays.
- Local pick up is Free of charge and may be picked up at Unique Creations Gift Boutique located at 4538 Lee Street Zachary, La 70791
- Shipping is based off weight and location. We apologize but only shipping within the U.S.A. available at this time.
- Grace & Glory Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Should your package not arrive to you in a timely manner, please contact us and we will be glad to assist you in contacting the United States Postal Service.
- We truly hope that you love your beauties! However, should you have a change of heart, we will certainly do what we can to make things right.
- For items purchased at full retail, we will gladly offer an EXCHANGE or BOUTIQUE CREDIT for returns made within (5) days of receipt. (From date delivered on your tracking number.)
- Credits will be issued in the form of a coupon code to be used on the website and is valid up to (6) months from date of issue.
- Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned
- If your return is received outside of the (5) business day time frame, unfortunately it will be marked "return to sender" and will be returned to you promptly.
- Coupons and/or discounts used towards returned purchases cannont be returned, unless returning a damanged item.
- Item(s) must be new, unworn, unwashed with tags still attached and meet the following criteria:
- All item(s) being returned MUST also be free of: makeup, blemishes, animal hair, body odor, marks, and stains. Returned items are inspected very thoroughly upon arrival. If any of the above reasons are found upon arrival they will be shipped back to you, without notice to you. NO EXCEPTION.
- Please DO NOT attempt to return merchandise if it does not meet the above criteria. It will be returned to you at your cost without notice.
- Once item(s) is/are received, the exchange or credit will be processed within (7) business days. Shipping charges will not be refunded. NO EXCEPTION.

- Flash sale items, socks, shoes, jewelry, and hats, are non-returnable due to sanitary reasons. No Exception. Sorry about the inconvenience.
- Free gifts and promotional items
- If an item is damaged upon arrival to you, please notify us within (2) business days. If received within the allotted time frame, you will be refunded with your original payment method. Should (5) business days pass, Grace & Glory Boutique will no longer be held responsible for your item(s). We will cover the cost of USPS first class return shipping in the event of a wrong item or damaged item that you might receive. Fedex and UPS shipping cost will not be reimbursed to you.
- Unfortunately, there is no way for us to change the shipping address, billing address, or payment method that you enter in at checkout. So please make sure all information is put in correctly at checkout.
